whats wrong with me i cannot go into a trance no mater how hard i try n some of the other meditations is hard for me. i bet father satan must think im pathetic :(

on the joy of satan website on the page where it shows u how to do satanic breathing exercises it says there r 4 different techniques and i just wanted to know if it matters which technique i use. cause i found that technique 4 was the best for me.

so what exactly happens when you do the dedication ritual? anything? or do you still feel normal or whatever.
