When connecting the base to the crown do I pass the "ball" from me crown to my base back and forth? Or do I imagine a stream of energy from the perineum going up and down from my base to me crown back and forth? So is the energy going to be in the form of a BALL or STREAM (line)?

After I'm done circulating the energy what do I do with it? Do I just stop the meditation or do I direct the energy up my spine and out my crown chakra into my aura?

What dose it mean to apply mul Bhand?
