Thanks for that reminder En Haradren Personally, I have 3 meditation periods daily. First hour of the day is totally dedicated to the Master. LIkewise the last hour before retiring. But I find 13 minutes round lunchtime helps to maintain the focus. Leaves me no time to get depressed

I fully agree. My name doesn't need capitals but the great Lord's should always. and no excuses. Not even typographical. Getting down on your knees whenever you type the Lord's name Satan, should also show respect and having to drop to your knees each time should remind you...always...
