I love how we can make a card of each page we read in the Temple of Zeus, add some words of our own, and download or share it :)

And don't forget to use the heart reaction to all the pages you love! They add up among all the members who do that :)

I will teach Vult more yoga poses.

I love how walking is so emphasized in the meditation recommendations. A few years ago Zeus came to me and told me to go out to a nature park nearby and walk. So I began walking there nearly every day, and it helps the mind so much. Seeing passing scenery is beneficial for the physical brain as well.

When you log into Temple of Zeus with your account, there is a video to watch showing the features, titled "How your study works". You can make notes and highlight parts of texts, download your notes, bookmark your place if you have not finished reading a page, keep bookmarks, share the articles you read in a card with or without your own notes, and more.
