Drinking distilled water long term is not healthy, it's ok to use for a month or two as part of a detox programme as it is effective at removing toxins from the body.Using it long term is deleterious and will result in mineral deficiencies and  possibly hair loss and cardiovascular problems...

@Lannaa89 That is true what you say about fluoride in the drinking water, however distilled water is a problem as its high purity does leach minerals and salts from your body by osmosis.  I have found there are some good re-mineralisers/ alkalisers that work well in conjunction with a 3 or 4...
