Amazing sermon. We must invest in ourselves. “Me time” is a way the world convinces you it’s ok to do nothing, instead of that have actual me time by meditation studying or working. We all get distracted but what matters is how many times we keep going and doing the correct constant choices.

The Gods guide us: have bravery and humility and follow them. Live in accordance with them and natural law. Grow everyday. When in a trifling moment breathe and focus on them. They will show you the way; you must have the strength to walk the path.
