The first thing I attempted was the meditation in order to relax my mind and then I tried the energy raising and so forth but im believing my problem could be my focus bc I get distracted from time to time and does a dark room help the process at all? but if you have any suggestions tell me bc...

Im new to this and ive been trying for about a month to do the meditation,opening of 3rd eye, energy raising, programing,and directing and trying to see aura's but I havent gotten any results. Im curious to know what could I be doing wrong. Im asking where do I start?
