I myself used to be a huge proponent of fasting until if you really read into it it's not good for you. What happens it that after 5 hours of not eating or drinking food, cells become cannibalistic and eat each other, causing extreme systemic toxicity. And since there's no fuel, it slows down...

Same here with most of those. In that I dont have a job or anything and so when nighttime comes its just porn. But the interesting thing is that since I'll never actually finish, I cope even harder to watch porn for even longer

Also for the honey, yes make sure it's raw and UNHEATED honey. Organic too ofc.
