The Gods: Why Haven’t I Received Zeus’s Favor?

Hello! I hope all the dear priests and esteemed friends are doing well.

Some time ago, I introduced my sister to Paganism. It was very difficult to convince her that the things shown in the TV series Supernatural have absolutely nothing to do with the Gods...

As I had mentioned before... I asked Zeus for help with my sister’s weight-loss and fitness problems...

Not only has she lost weight, but, miraculously, she no longer feels unwell either. (She used to feel sick whenever she didn’t eat enough.) She was amazed at how, simply by saying a prayer, her heart rate slowed down and she no longer felt unwell...

My sister told me, “You have such a kind God... Why isn’t my God like that?!” So, in short, she has been sufficiently led astray... 😅

But this is where the problem began...

Why haven’t I received this much favor? I asked great Zeus to make sure that the important item I had ordered would arrive tonight (the seller had said that it might arrive by tonight, but didn’t promise)... but it didn’t arrive.

I asked Zeus to help me with my study schedule so that I could study better... but honestly, today I messed things up just like the previous days, and I have fallen behind on my schedule...

1) Do you think I have been rejected? Believe me, I have always been careful to respect them...

2) Is an offering necessary (such as incense, fruit, or something else)? Is there anything I should do?

3) I would appreciate any advice or insight you are willing to share...

Hello, the problem is that you don't understand first and foremost the importance and vastity of Lord Zeus, he is a GOD, and he IS GOD, and you don't go to GOD to ask him that some random delivery be delivered at your convenient time.

Second, Lord Zeus won't fix your problems for you, but rather guide you to fixing them, if you mess your times, that's not on Zeus, that's on you and you need to assume ownership of your mistakes, not blame them on Zeus. The Gods guide you, they are not magical genies in a bottle that grant your wishes. So rather ask them to guide you to become better at time managing.

As a child, you are properly educated by being given the steps on how to complete a task rather than having someone do it for you every single time. As the children of the Gods, our prayers are most certainly heard, and they are met with deeply layered guidance rather than direct manifestation of your desire. In further connection with the Gods, one would receive more providence. They are not pushing you away -- they are instilling within you the drive to be alert, look for signs, and draw closer to them. As the recipient of Lord Zeus's blessings, you must be ardent in your examination of his guidance. Divine guidance is layered, but nonetheless, detectable to an open mind.
