what is kuji in and is it like in naruto i mean can it be really a shortcut to meditation and if so how to do it

This is not an anime role playing group. I'm sure there are plenty of those in Yahoo groups. There is no shortcut to meditation. Its hard, discouraging (at times) and requires focus and concentration. The techniques given on the TOZ Website are in themselves short cuts to much lengthier and more pointless meditations describe in other texts. Short of giving yourself electroshock therapy (which will more than likely kill you rather than help you) there is no quicker way. HAIL SATAN!
