i'm confused with opening the 3rd eye, 6th chakra and the 7th chakra. it said the 6th chakra should be opened last but it says that for the 7th the 3rd eye was to be opened first before the 7th. i thought the 3rd eye and 6th chakra were to be done together. is the correct order 3rd eye, 7th then back down to the 6th chakra? any insight would be awesome.
