It is like whatever. It's gaming equipment, how it is going to damage your psychic centers? Realistically, what could happen that someone overindulges with it (or in any other similar manner), stops meditating, and there is the real damage by lack of action.

You can play normal computer/telephone games. As long as you pay attention to your meditations/Ritual's and all.
