I had a question about some of the visualization exercises on the ToZ website. When doing things like merging other objects, or invoking the elements, do we visualize ourselves doing these things in the first person or the third? Thanks.

either way works. its whatever you feel works best. also, remember that the senses can be crossed. see and feel, hear and smell the element at the same time. that helps too.
