Go to the gym, you can also try walking meditation. Look straight ahead and focus on a point in the distance, curl your hands like your holding something. The focus on your hands, the walking and focusing on a point in the distance makes you to busy to listen to them. Also try really cold showers. They hate that

Hello brothers and sisters!

I have some unwanted entities that are telepathically connected to myself. Pretty much in summary bullying/speaking when I'm doing meditation. I also hear about being able to hear from entities from other plains. Whenever I think to myself about daily life or what I need to do...etc. I do hear a reply back in my head, which is why I think is telepathic. Do I need to make a meditation or is the detachment meditation good for this?

I'm wondering if this is doable, or if I'm wrong please direct me to the correct path.

Do some void meditation and this will go away with time. This can sometimes be the mind needing cleared and cleaned up from negative feedback, or just actually some astral interference from negative entities.

Regardless there is nothing to worry about, just focus on void meditation and control of the mind. Zeus and your guardian daemon is there for you always.
