Trouble ignoring strong thoughtforms

You want to get rid of this thougthform, you want to banish it, here is banishing ritual, i think you should try that:

Why do you believe a thoughtform is after you? Did you create this thoughtform yourself or do you think someone sent it after you?
If what you are describing actually is a thoughtform, an entity or anything similar a banishing ritual like ChildrenoftheGods has recommended can definitely help a lot. Besides the above I highly recommend to raise your energies, do extra cleaning & to do a freeing the soul working of you have not done it yet. All of these will strengthen, clean & advance you in many ways.

Another simple exercise you can do to help get this "thoughtform" out of your head is by changing the form of it whenever you feel its presence into something else, Imagine the form becoming something positive to you, like a close family member, the Gods or simply a beautiful woman, the use of bright white light is also important. This will aid in preventing the creation of a thoughtform or cursing yourself, besides removing this "thoughtform".

Avoid vinasa IMO its very advanced.

Instead do the Rituals for Lord Orobas and Lord Andras, after finishing the Rituals when focusing on their Sigil's politely ask for their assistance in ridding you of this thoughtform.
Likewise do Returning Curses on the power meditation page and do lots and lots and lots of aura cleaning.

Really focus on the Retuning Curses part 1 and 2 as its exactly for the situation you have found yourself in and of course more regular aura cleaning as I suggested.

I am having issues ignoring some thoughtforms, I have already posted regarding this however. I really cant ignore this thoughtform it seems it has a lot of energy behind it and I think I see it pretty much over my head and back and fog like around me.
