i've seen that the square empower houses in our chart, do we need to affirm that this houses of our chart is empowered for making this happen ?

You should always direct the energy you raise.
I also recommend making it very specific, given the power of the square. I started a Sun square a while back for intense vitality and energy, and this was what I affirmed. I had to stop because I didn't add 'in a positive way for me' in the affirmation. In short, this was too intense for the world around me. And thus it became negative for me in a few situations. I don't want to go into detail, but it was obvious the 'positive' part of my affirmation was the cause.
