It depends on what you direct a square for, but we can say. I can direct a sun square to a lot of things but that doesn't mean my solar chakra will empower all of these aspect of my life that the sun square are usefull of.

No, we are not robots so you can do as many or as little per chakra as you want to. I could quote HPS Lydia, but I won't. Haha! What has to be consistent are the words of powers used per session. For example, do not mix runes and God's names in the same session, but you can change them between sessions.

If there was something like that then most would be using them, but it is not so. Use what you want or need to.

She said to work more on chakras that are weaker, and less on stronger. Common sense, really.

There are numerous other methods for raising energy. Energy is raised before this process.

You could, and it would be great if you coupled empowerment sessions after a cleansing activity. But if you already did it earlier and have no particular contamination from something it's nothing to worry about.

You could say so. However, the results depend on the state of your soul. A clean and empowered soul will produce better results than a dirty and cursed soul. Then there is the aspect of knowing how to do, and when to do.
