Hello Zevist family, recently, after achieving better concentration and dedication to my basic meditations, I've been feeling an uncomfortable burning and pressure in my solar plexus, during my meditations and for some minutes after the meditation routine too, It's happened at other times, but now it's more intense than usual, and in normal day-to-day meditations, is this normal or are there any instructions to take care of it?

Have you tried opening the chakra above the 3rd? An obstructed energy pathway could be the reason for this.

How do you perceive your Solar Chakra? What meditations have you done for it?

I hadn't thought of that! The chakra above doesn't bring me any negative sensations, in fact it's one of the most peaceful to feel during meditation and one of the ones I feel lighter dealing with, but I'll try to work on it and take a closer look to the possibility, thanks for your help :)

Well, I usually see it like the others, a center of light, warm and really good to "touch" and have any interactions with! But in the sensations I've described ( I'm really more sensitive to sensations than visualization) it's been like a heavy hot ball that seems to be trying to expand uncomfortably and that brings a certain discomfort and burning felling even in the most basic meditations, like aura protection and aura cleansing.

It is the most powerful and important chakra in the entire soul.

In my meditation experience, I feel it emits waves of power, and I sense a strong self-love emanating from the fire element.

Perhaps you need to adapt to the increased power and increased self-esteem. The Solar Chakra, undergoing purification and transformation, may exhibit the symptoms you mentioned.

I have done many works for this chakra, and one of the most useful is using the Urüz rune to free it from blockages and simultaneously increase its strength to improve energetic adaptation.

It is helpful to address the perception of one's personal power and self-love, which is a mental aspect.

In the beginning, it is better to purify the chakra more before strengthening it; then, it becomes easier to open and strengthen it more quickly

Thank you very much for your help, really, some of your quotes made me recognize points where your words make total sense in my context, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for your dedication in helping me. Just one question, is it prudent to continue the ritual routines and other meditations while purifying and taking care of the situation with the chakra or should I give priority to this healing and take it easy on other spiritual projects?

This is also caused by certain spiritual processes and is quite normal, the solar chakra "burning" could be due to a blocked chakra or it may just be your solar chakra doing something, mine often burns whenever I do solar work or even if I just focus on it, if the burning reaches your throat that suggests a blockage, but the solar chakra itself is supposed to feel hot.
