Greetings!
Seems like all my posts are about either physical or mental health problems, just as this, but unlike the rest, this one is not for myself.
My mother got diagnosed with post menopausa osteoporosis(decresing bone density) this year. She only got the medicine for this now, since the first one would have an almost 100 percent loss if toughts and permanent jaw weakness. The one pills she got seems maybe effective, but since it makes hornonal changes, have side effects, and I am really worried. Even less than 1 percent chance, but it can cause emboli in limbs, or even in vital organs. There were even causes one got deadly stroke as a 'minor' side effect of it. But it seem to be the only option, she is desperate to prevent getting into wheelchair, or even worse. Sadly she already have pains around her hips and spine, when the bone density decreased a lot.
Hello,
yeah many women develop osteoporosis after their menopause, because of the hormonal changes of the body.
tell her to take 10.000 IU of Vitamin D3, and also Supplement Vitamin K2.
She should also eat enough calcium, maybe 1L Kefir a day, or Milk. But Kefir is preference.
Give her Magnesium, but do some research as there are types that are being absorbed better than others, and are better for the body in general.
Vitamin C is also helpful.
Give her enough Omega3 fatty acids. Either tell her to eat fish regularly, maybe daily. This can be even canned fish, fatty fish.
Or she could just eat once a week a can of cod liver. It comes with its own oil. Don’t throw it away its pure omega3 - drink it the next day.
Tell her to move and workout.
Bones are an organ. When we are young it is full of life force, it’s full of pink spongey bonemarrow - pure stem cells. Pure life force.
This is an indication of healthy, strong bones, with lots of calcium, minerals and life force.
As people age their bones fatten - the bone marrow is being replaced by fat - yellow marrow.
As this happenes, the bones become fatty, and sick. Minerals leak from the bone, into the body where it doesn’t belong to.
The bones age, and become weak -> Osteoporosis.
After menopause, the body loses lots and lots of vital energy. Which leads to this osteoporosis.
If you work out, ur bones bend and strech. This is creating voltages (as bones are crystals) and this is sending the signal to the body to build bone mass.
So:
Vitamin D3 10.000 IU + Vitamin K2 (100 - 200 Micro grams) + Omega 3 + Protein + Magnesium! + exercise
