Whenever you turn 29 years old is when Saturn conjuncts with the natal Saturn and begins the Saturn return. Usually takes 28-29 years for Saturn to make a complete orbit.
Most of the time this is usually something positive even though I know HP HC has stated that it is a stressful period in the life and can bring certain challenges and problems to the surface for you to deal with in life.
I have witnessed so many unbelievable things happen to people when they have their first Saturn return. Usually extremely positive like coming into your own and gaining control over your life as well as obtaining large amounts of money or material things. Not that long ago I had my Saturn return and it completely changed my life for the better.
It's usually big and life changing events that happen during this time for better or for worse. Would be a good time to meditate to gain control over these energies and try to manifest the most positive outcome for yourself during this period.
