Does anyone know what it means when someone's Natal SATURN is 0 degrees conjunct MY south node?
Also, my Mars is conjunct their North Node.
Is this a potentially BAD relationship? Because for now, it seems very friendly and positive.

It's hard to say for certain. One very close relative of mine, one of our South Nodes is conjunct the other person's Pluto, which would seem negative, but it has been a very healthy and positive life-long relationship.
