Greetings
An interesting thing happened.While doing the Sa Ta Na Ma i could not feel my body at all like i was made up of waves/light.Every time i vibrated a word ( lets say Sa) i could feel the rippling effect in my entire body.I kept on hearing Sat Nam the meditation.
Want to confess something i am not proud off. I started the Kundalini Yoga Basic Spinal Energy Series only a week back.And my Hatha Yoga has been on and off i started it after a gap of more than 15 days.Have been slacking off a lot lately
