I've decided to do a rune working for mental control along with awareness meditations. here is the working:
Sowilo x10
Nauthiz x10
Eihwaz x10
''I am in total control of my mind in a healthy and positive way.''x1
Do you think that I should change any of these numbers or the order of the runes?
Do you think if this working can kill my creativity in any way?
I would also add wunjo and kenaz and one more rune associated with the mind
Test it for one day and after or while it doing you should get sense of whether or not something is missing or must be added or rearranged also work with a set number that corresponds to a certain rune or emphasis you want for example uruz would be multiple of 2 or if you wanna emphasis on a certain number like 3 or 10 you keep to that it's your working you shall/should get a feeling into which direction it should go to just be open and keep reading and learning on the specific subject at hand
The affirmation is lacking "for me" at the end. It can be pozitive for some but that doesn't mean that it will be pozitive for you if you don't add at the end "for me" as well.
