I recently came up with a new "cleansing" ritual that I took from Diana Veras webpage and revised ... but I have nothing good to say about her since she rips on ToZ out of jealousy, if you look at the bad things she has to say about ToZ and then actually read what ToZ has to say you'll understand.
Anyways, After opening I visualized a ball of white gold energy in my head down to my neck, vibrated: "Azazel" then moved the ball down to my genatles and vibrated; "Asmodeus" then back up to my chest and to my right shoulder and vibrated: "Baal Zebul" then to my left shoulder and vibrated: "Astaroth" then I moved it to my chest and visualized an electric blue pentagram over my heart and vibrated: "Satan"
I didn't feel alot during the invocation, but the next day as I was walking home from my friends house I felt warm, extremely confident and powerful.
I wrote this because I want to hear about different rituals, meditation techniques, and what you've experianced

For rituals such as the Incubus/Succubus do you have to do this ritual more then once if your not open enough the first time you do it?
Well, if a year passes and you still don't have an Incubus/Succubus maybe... xPI would ask Satan if I were in your place (if you had done it when you were not spiritually open and still don't have one). Maybe, because you were not spiritually open, Satan did not consider you ready for something like that.

i will tell you as they told me i am in no way a high priest but you should just focus on opening your self with power meditation these things will come later

In time you will need no props or tools, maybe just incense to make the air smell nice, candles for ambience and lighting, and visual things like pictures, statues, etc. to create the right environment. Your strength of soul, mind, and focus will be enough.I think I read this in one of HPS Pythia's sermons, but I don't remember which one.

JC do the version of the Aura of Protection where the affirmation is, "Any and all negative energy directed towards me is reversed upon those who sent it". All the bullshit people gave you will be reverse onto them and they will change their minds and give them bad luck at the same time. I honestly can't stress how ridiculously helpful this version of the protection meditation was for me personally.
For Pt.2 of your question, just look up the love ritual on templeofzeus.org but be careful with it because love rituals in my opinion are complicated and can seriously fuck up your life if you aren't ready for it. I personally do not think love rituals are healthy and even if you pull off a love ritual perfectly, it can bite you in the ass down the road in ways that are difficult to put into words just like any relationship. You will be so much better off learning to be happy alone than be with the wrong person. However, if you want to start a love ritual, go ahead, but i would personally just keep in mind that you are in fact influencing this person and vice versa, and their true self may not be the real individual that you desire.
it's a lonely life for the most of it but I would say statistically most Satanists eventually find the right person for them, love spell or not.
