How to do Ritual rituals and use hatred or anger?

Why not both?
It's individual IMO. For me, I think of something about the situation that makes me particularly angry, and during the ritual I feel that anger going into the ritual and I feel the energy making it effective. It's a very positive feeling for me, I think it's an individual thing that you just find by doing what works for you.
