Yes there could be a talent of some sort, but the exact talent is not shown by just those placements.
And of course there is the opposite: the South Node will be conjunct the DC. This could instead, indicate a past-life lover of major significance meeting up in the current life. Look at the 7th and 8th houses for further confirmation.
