Is the location of the base chakara towards the buttocks where the coccyx is at or is it more centered in the body? I can feel a vibration in my perinium but I never felt heat from it doing root meditations. I did once I focused more towards my buttocks. The ToZ shows where it's at, but the first time I felt heat from the meditations was when I shifted my focus towards the back. Before then I was focusing in the perinium and above it in the middle of my body as opposed of near the buttocks. I even felt heat going through my legs. I'm just curious, is this the right location?
Also, does continual focus alone on these points count?

It’s located at the perineum but the chakras also have their extensions which is a bit more advanced.

If you haven’t done the opening the chakras meditation you should do those and work on your soul a bit more before you do the opening of the watch towers.
