And which way to turn the chakras?
The chakras spin by themselves, so which way do they spin?
I didn't find it anywhere in the sermons.
Do the chakras rotate clockwise or counterclockwise?
Clockwise, or counterclockwise in the first person view, or in the view when you look at a person's face?

it doesn't really matter, some see them spinning clockwise, others counterclockwise

I find clockwise much more comfortable.

Yes, I just wanted to get more specifics from the other members.

I asked myself the following question: Since the chakras are constantly rotating on their own, they can't rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise at the same time, can they?
