Can i only do other rituals added to Ritual and direct them specific targets?

You can. But many of the older Rituals for reversing specific verses are not needed anymore. They are not the strongest thing.

The 3 parts of the Final Ritual. And the Gods' rituals. These are the most important and the strongest.
