I'm 14 years old, but my parents are apparently still firmly convinced that I still naively know nothing - neither about sex, nor about how it happens, and even, to their christian happiness, "don't masturbate". And that I, in their opinion, "have also never seen a French kiss". And if it flashes somewhere, they immediately turn me away.

Excuse me, please - because of my curiosity about adult content topics? I didn't say that I plan to register on this site specifically because of these topics. On the contrary, I'm not interested in them (and, by the way, I don't even get excited by them), and I register on the site only to post my work (well, in general, the beginning of this desire was the desire to earn extra money as a "beta" - to correct mistakes in my favorite fanfic). There was only one 18+ fanfic (with a bed scene), which I read carefully (but, mainly, because of my love for the pairing itself). As for the rest - no, I haven't read them, and I doubt I will.

People's intrusion onto children can go both ways. Your parents are trying to keep you safe, understandably, yet they are being very presumptuous and heavy handed as are some of the replies to you acting as if you're planning on writing extreme content.
By that age, it is typically normal for girls especially to find love and romance themes somewhat interesting or things like this. I wrote and published stories like this as a teenager.
The 18+ section of fanfiction sites are better off avoided until you gain maturity. If the site does not allow under 18s, adhere to the rules. If the site allows under 18 people and you have to explicitly go looking for these things, I don't see an issue in writing or publishing your stories so long as they aren't explicit. Just avoid any contact with adults commenting on them. These can be creeps and just weirdos of delayed development in fandoms.
Also, as a matter of ethics, please don't write stories involving real people.
