How long does a Yuga cycle really last? I mean if it is 4.3M years I don’t think we’ve even lived or if humanity will even live that long lol.

I've seen many numbers thrown around. Best not to get too attached to any number until there is absolute certainty around the subject. What matters the most is that we do what we do right now.
