Whenever I go to do some ritual, meditate or read the psalm I get a headache. Can anyone tell me why I feel this way?

Are you fairly new to Zevism? It could be a subconscious trigger trying to scare you away from the occult. Read the ToZ, do some rituals, and you will deprogram from this.
Alternatively, there could be some malefic energy or entity trying to scare you off. Keeping up a basic daily cleaning and protection will resolve this.
