I want to ask is it normal for someone to feel simply as an observer in life and not a participant in life?

Is there a way to break a habitual, perpetual life of simply being an observer watching life go by?

Is there any working to become an active participant. And by active I don't meant that tomorrow I'm buying a house or a car or going in to higher education. What I mean is in my own life and it's participation? I guess my own microverse I live in.

I feel powerless sometimes and I'm not exactly living it up nor Satan's, "The purpose of life is to better yourself and the Universe around you".

How can I better myself but also interact with things and do something different in life? It seems much of my life is in repeat mode.

Is there any workings or anything I can perform, Runes?

Do more physical activities and meet people, like going to the gym. Do activities that make you feel proud of your progress like building your body, growing food and becoming self sufficient. This can give a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Do Andras and Beelzebul's rituals:
