so one night I had a case of sleep paralysis, while 99% of people have frightening, this was enjoyable. while i couldn't move and couldn't see the entity, the entity forced itself on me and it initiated sexual actions and i started feeling pleasure. i would also like to say, this was the spark that lighted the fire that eventually led me to a Zevist
but could this be an enemy trying to deceive me or a benevolent spirit trying to contact me
i hope someone can explain this to me but,

I genuinely cannot think of any reason a "benevolent spirit" would force itself on you. Plus the chances of it being an enemy are also pretty low. Probably just a regular sleep paralysis experience. Most of the scarier sleep paralysis experiences are just manufactured by the mind so chances are this is as well. Maybe a more experience member has another opinion though.
Regardless, its more important to be spending time on improving yourself. If you're not already make sure you're meditating daily, highly recommend following the 40 day program.

The reason you can't move in sleep paralysis is because what you feel in that state is not the physical body. I can control sleep paralysis. I can feel another set of limbs in sleep paralysis, which is definitely different from the physical body.

I had the same experience as you. But I can move my hands and my feet during sleep paralysis. I do meet someone other than myself in that state, but I don't know if it's an "entity" or a figment of my brain.
I can touch his skin and hug him. The feeling is the same as reality. At first, I could only move my "hands", but later, I gradually learned to move my "legs".
I can wake myself up at any time, and then bring myself back to that state.
If I encounter "entities," most of these entities don't make for a good experience. There are only a few moments when I feel happy.
