How can I get a more powerful voice?
In terms of being able to lead other's, but also literally, with being able to project my voice.
When I speak a lot or raise my voice my throat get's hoarse/sore.

If you want to lead, there is a range of things that can help in achieving this, take for example experience, confidence, the ability to lead your own life, knowing how to captivate others etc.

Raise your energy and meditate.
Speak like you vibrate for your Root Chakra, from your deep belly, slow and calm. Don't be in a perceptive state, focus on the concepts and mental, emotional, or practical reality when you speak. Something must lead you while you speak to lead others, until you establish yourself as a "force", powerful identity, or an authority. A motive in your being must be sought always, and the rest is just a harmonious extension and translation of this. These motives can be either emotional or conceptual, better if both.
