Because of your subconciousness. We are the people who grew up in Abrahamic Households. Our families told us lies of the enemies as bed stories. Our subconciousness i full of dirt of the False God. Do invocations and Ritual as much as you can. That would help.
Also you should not forget that, hate is a good thing when it comes to war, BUT, Satan did not create us as all hateful beings.

Makes no sense why an actual Demon would be giving you strife. So no, it's not actual Demons doing that.
If you're referring to Demons saying actual truths of races that aren't meant to be insults then this is the case of brainwashing from modern society. Something you need to deprogram from by learning the science behind each race and their general racial karma.
