Hw importsnt is it to get the exact number of repetitions of Munka for freeing workings (e.g. if i say 109x instead of 108x)

i read it was okay with freeing working compared to square that they're more "relaxed"

It's fine to have a few repetitions extra or less every now and then, just not constantly. A square will be ruined though.

There's an app, Just Counter Pro, and it has served me better than any other way of counting repetitions.
