I'm just curious about the exact meaning of the cuneiform symbols around the pentagram used by TOZ.
Oddly enough I couldn't find anything up top.

I think they represent the elements.
That's the element pentagram proper with Akasha downloading unto the Earth i.e. our Soul and it's constituent of working with the Male Chakras and not simply ONLY the upper like New Agers.
Cuneiform Pentagram of the main header image is Satan's name. S - A - T - A - N. The two repeating Cuneiform letters are the A's the rest are the condensed STN, which is also another form of describing Satan in the vowels of his name in certain languages like Ancient Greek. STN or SATANAZ etc.etc. other languages probably have their own STN or contractions.
