Happens quite often to me that I'm playing a videogame or watching some movie and very rarely some reference is made about how the Devil is evil, our Gods and our symbols being shown as not good and so on. Of course this is not the main theme or anything, it happens just once in the entire thing for example, it's often due to the ignorance of the people making it I think. Should I avoid these games/movies altogether? Or am I being paranoid?

It's all in the criteria of what the enemy wants us to hear and listen to. And like many other people, they believe" in what is in the lyrics just the same" as what they would hear,or would watch? in a Hollywood movie.
Yes, you should avoid them, since they are of no use to you, and since in addition to their uselessness they also contain some profanity or misinformation.
It is different if you are studying a historical period, in which case you have to look at the broader situation and not dwell on blasphemous thoughts of the time.
This kind of situation is very common in life. Like a rotten apple, there is no need to eat it unless you are very hungry and have no other food.
I've been in a similar situation. When I was reading an e-book, I read a few chapters and realized that the author was an idiot, so I immediately deleted the book.
