It is possible it is dirty, but it is also possible it is just misdirected.

We need to understand what is going on with social media and pornography. In the old days, we would either be with someone we liked sexually, or, we would be married off to or coerced by someone we disliked. Unless one was a sex addict in those days, it wasn't likely to just encounter tons of random attractive people who give you middling feelings.

Now we are given access with a variety of sexual cues to a bunch of people we might find acceptable because they're attractive, they share kinks or put the goods on show, yet they're still not compatible with us, even if it's palatable and pleasurable to have sex with them, or stimulate oneself over them, or whatever. This can exhaust people and cause them to seek out more extreme stimuli.

The most important thing is to cleanse it every day.

When I activate it in meditation and try to cleanse it, there is a very slight pain, as if the dirt there is coming to the surface and then being cleansed.

I also feel that when I clean that area, my libido increases, but my threshold of satisfaction normalizes and becomes more "vanilla".

For example, whereas before I needed a very serious mental stimulus to ejaculate, the more I clean, the more subtle stimuli (and even my own imagination) are enough to satisfy me.

What is this caused by?

Keep clearing the chakras.
