Before I dedicated, I had a friend using his energy, pierced my right palm, for about 10 seconds i could see the table wherein a hole my palm was located. He implanted an astral sword in my right forearm which is made of energy can be retracted at will. Any thoughts if this is real? or Any thoughts in this event? the sword was in my right forearm, i could feel the weight even if its not a physical thing.

I don't know, but this sounds dangerous or, at best, delusional.

What I want to say to this is an astral sword can be a nice visual if you ever need to get rid of malevolent entities in your home but eventually there's no need to visualize this. Evoking Blue Flames onto your home is a much more effective use of this.
And as far as your hand being pierced, I cannot speak too much on this. It doesn't sound a bit far-fetched.
