Hello, brothers and sisters.
Reading my natal chart, I have 4 planets in Scorpio, Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus, and an abundance of the water element. What could this mean? I only perceive strong negative observations, and I don't know if I can get anything good out of it. I know it sounds like a confusing question, but I got scared when I realized how strong it is. I don't know much about astrology in general, so it's a bit confusing to me to see this abundance of just one sign in all these planets.

In this path, this can really be a blessing. Put these energies into Meditation and spirituality, you have a gift. Doing this will also help offsetting the negative aspects.
I would like to know how can get a natal chart, I go to the astrology page but then I’m not sure not sure what I must do, there is no instructions

Go to ToZ astro, then 'Natal Chart' and insert your birthday and your data. Use Azazel's Astrology to interpret the meanings. Firstly learn the symbols of the signs, of the planets and of the aspects. Then look at how these are placed in your Chart. In the beginning it can be a bit difficult, but everything gets clearer as you keep studying.
