Most new age people say to dispose of items used in a curse or healing but do you really have to dispose of them

Hello :)
No you do not have to dispose of crystals. They can be cleaned and reprogrammed. To clean them, many can be run under water (some will be damaged from water so look into which ones you have), or visualize bright light going through the crystal to remove unwanted energy.
