Could someone explain to me what this sticker means? I just arrived to work after three very trying things, and then I saw that annoying sticker on someone’s water bottle.
I looked it up online, and it’s supposed to come from some drag show or something… I still don’t get it. Main stream perception must be very very different…

It's a christian expression, but it does have a meaning. It is similar to when we tell someone who is trying to pull a trick on or deceive us or others "I see you". It's the same meaning, it implies the christian propaganda that Satan is an evil being who deceives and pulls tricks on people so apparently you caught "Satan" when he's pulling a trick.
Ever seen on 4chan when an obvious fedposter starts a bait thread and receives an occasional reply like "not today, CIA"? It's the same concept.
In the christian mind, when something bad happens, it is definitely because of Satan. When they get around something bad, they say, not today Satan.
I say there is no valid meaning because the whole premise is untrue nonsense, so it is not valid.
