Active HelperGet a meaningful existence, in other words, have always some sort of hobby, activity, or project going on. No rune is going to remove an idle mind in this manner. Sure, you can stimulate your mind, and for what? You need something useful to do!

Sometimes boredom is inevitable. Learn to deal with it. If you simply accept that boredom is a natural part of life you will feel much less uncomfortable. Many people try to escape this feeling with social media, videogames, drugs and so on, but doing this only fries their dopamine receptors and ironically the pleasure in their life will be less and less and they will be more bored as a result in the long term.
Boredom can also be a sign that you should do more in your life. Read more, meditate more, exercise more or work more. Use boredom to improve yourself not to destroy yourself like many people do.
