This might seem counterproductive, but the easiest way to overcome this and any other fear is to expose yourself to the things that scare you.
Which means you have to talk to more girls, even if it's hard or you don't know what to say... Make an effort. This might feel scary and embarrassing at first, but then you get used to it and it just happens naturally.

You have to work on yourself. The people you attract will be a reflection of you to some degree, so you must have your own red flags that are attracting other people with red flags. Your own craziness is inviting crazy people.
Study your natal chart to understand your relationship karma and figure out why you are attracting abnormal people.
