Hi dear Zevism family,
I have recently read on the forums that being in a deep trance state provides the same healing properties than 4 hours of traditional sleep (please correct me if I am wrong).
According to that statement, could one be able to replace it altogether with 2 or 3 hours of trance meditation (or other deeper ones) per day / night?

Your body still needs sleep, trance cannot replace this.
Sleep is more recharging than trance. You can start Sun Square to increase your energy and vitality if you need more boost.
I would imagine that being a master in yoga nidra could partially replace sleep. Don't hold your breath as an initiate, however.
As an initiate, you could refresh your mind for studying or work requiring mental fortitude. Kind of like a nap during the day.

it would be really awesome if you or any advanced Zevist voice record munka and post it in the forum ..I looked to your mega folder in a previous munka post ,but there are literally 0 files there

My mega.nz folder is active and all the files are in place. All the links that I have shared here are still operational as well and I have not changed them.

That seems to be the exception as I was not able to make it good enough at the time, and someone else made a better one so I simply re-uploaded theirs.
