I'm going to cut to the chase, because of my personality, I can't get angry, so a lot of times I can't defend myself and I feel oppressed. What can i do for this? Which God can help me?

As a lot of people during our childhood taught us that some emotions are bad and not to be "felt" cause if you do you're a bad guy, a lot of people may bring this kind blockages like yours into their adolescence and adult life. I don't know if this is your case, but I think Ares is the best God to call forth if you want to cultivate your anger (which I think is a very useful, important and natural emotion not to be oppressed). Try to call on the God and invoke his energy safely
Increase your bio electricity and do freeing of the soul workings. Seems as a blockage not as a lacking or personality type. Have you been wronged? And if so what was the process of dealing with this?
