If you have the need, you can do these rituals every day. Just remember to do Ritual as well.

I feel better atitudinally since starting doing several a day (at set times.) The day's other doings cluster around the rituals.
Since I started doing the "Raum meditation" three times daily before other rites, my blood pressure has dropped about 10-12 points on average. (Which scarcely proves causality, I know. Still when two events are concomitant, it suggests looking into the connection.)

If no other variable changed around the time you began that meditation, then it is likely that the variable you added resulted in this change. If yes, then the other factor(s) have to be taken into consideration.

Yes, true. The only other changes were: 1) I did the self-dedication to Satan rite around that time; 2) the weather got markedly colder. The former likely removed some subliminal psychological aggravations. The latter, hard to say one way or the other.
