I have done opening meditation of main chakra s. Temple shoulders and hips.
I am already cleaning for a year. I started fcm but i felt overstimulated. Even when i am vibrating god names one time and breathing exercises one reps It irritates my nervous system. Can you tell me why?? And what should i do ??

You can't handle the energy output. Decrease repitiations, if you are overstimulated.
